Do I need to install anything?
No. DojoMasterPro runs in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
How long does setup take?
One evening for most schools. The setup assistant walks you through your taxes, your belts and their requirements, your groups and your rates.
Where is the data hosted?
In Canada, in a Microsoft Azure data centre. It is backed up daily and remains yours: you can get a copy at any time.
Does the software collect payments?
No, not yet. You collect as you do today, record the payment in two clicks, and the receipt goes out. Online payment is in the works.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You choose the plan that matches the size of your school. Nothing is charged without your approval.
Is the software available in French?
Yes. Each school chooses its language, and so does each member. Invoices, receipts and emails are produced in the recipient's language.
